Its really easy. First decide if you want to stand as an
independent contract and work for American Fireworks or do
you want to invest your money and be an independent
retailer. Either way is excellent, but one way requires your
money as your investment. Money is normally the deciding

| How many days does the fireworks sales period last? |
In Texas our fireworks season is split up into
three seasons: Christmas, New Year's, and Cinco De Mayo seasons. The
Christmas season is from December 20th thru
January 1st at midnight. During that time frame you may be
open 24 hours a day. The season lasts 13 days total
The New Year's season is June 24th thru July 4th at midnight. This season lasts 11 days total. You may be open 24 hours a day during this timeframe as well.
The Cinco De Mayo season is from May 1st thru May 5th at midnight. This season lasts 5 days.
All seasons are set by the Texas legislature and are regulated by the State Fire Marshal's office, County and Local government.
